Gurugram developer Signature Global said on October 27 that the first phase of its Tonino Lamborghini Residences has sold out in under three months. It is the first residential project in India linked to the Italian lifestyle brand.
The project
The project sits in Sector 71 on the Southern Peripheral Road, within the developer's larger SG SPR Estate. It will have 812 homes in 3, 4 and 4.5 BHK configurations across two phases, on about 12.4 acres. There are five towers of ground plus 41 floors, with four homes per core. The company says the project holds an IGBC Platinum green rating. New York-based Handel Architects is the principal architect.
Pricing
Signature Global has not published an official price list for the second phase. Property portals show prices of roughly ₹4.5 crore to ₹6.5 crore. Square Yards lists a 2,050 sq ft three-bedroom home at about ₹4.71 crore and a 2,700 sq ft four-bedroom home at about ₹6.21 crore. The company did not disclose the sales value of the first phase.
"As we move to Phase 2, we remain committed to delivering the same standard of design, quality and experience," said Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, founder and chairman of Signature Global.
Why it matters
The sell-out comes in a year when Delhi-NCR housing sales have fallen 11% overall, according to Knight Frank, while demand for homes above ₹1 crore has grown nationally. A Savills report cited by Business Standard expects nearly 25 ultra-luxury branded residential projects to be completed in India by 2032.
